This is the checkered, thumb-rest factory grip for the Daewoo DH-380 copy of the Walther PPK pistol. It is a kit with grip frame spacers, which you will sand lightly to fit exactly into the magazine well cut-outs. Then, with one grip aligned on the gun and a screw inserted, you will spread a thin layer of epoxy glue on the back of the spacer, and press it firmly onto the back of the grip. After the epoxy cures, you will remove this grip panel and repeat with the other one. Both grips should then be snap-fits to the gun, impossible to rotate or wiggle once the screw is in place. The grips come with a No.4 screw kit and screw. They will require relief on the back, at the top, in order to clear the trigger mechanism and operating controls. This is easily done with a rotary bit tool such as the Moto-tool. These grips look best in solid colors, ivory or metallic effects. The surface checkering and carving tends to obscure the translucence and figure in pearl. For pearl grips, the smooth 118c model would be better.
